A public record of how people sign up for your texts, with every version kept.
Describe how people sign up for your texts — the exact wording they see, how many messages people get, your HELP and STOP replies — and we publish it at a public address. When you change the wording, every earlier version stays on the page with the dates it was in force, so you can show anyone what people were told on the day they signed up.
Not your registration's opt-in evidence
This page is not the opt-in evidence for a registration. Twilio's error 30927 page says the website in opt-in evidence must be the “Same domain or a page clearly owned by the registered brand”. Where the opt-in details aren't public, it asks for a URL that “hosts screenshots of the relevant pages”. This page is on redoubtvault.com, not on your business's own site.
What you get
- A public page at redoubtvault.com/optin/your-name: your business name, how people opt in (a web form or a texted keyword), the exact wording, how many messages people get, your HELP and STOP replies, and links to your terms and privacy policy.
- Every version kept. Change your wording and the page shows the new version and every earlier one, with the dates each was in force. Nothing is overwritten.
- Live as soon as you pay. Sign in with your email, fill in one form, publish.
What it can and can't do
It publishes what you tell us about your program, from the day you publish, and the page says so. It isn't opt-in evidence for a registration, as above. It can't rebuild what was never recorded, it doesn't see your sign-up form, it never sends messages, and it doesn't record an IP address. It isn't legal advice. And nobody can promise a provider will accept an answer.
Price
$49 a month, cancel any time. If you cancel, your page stays up, marked as no longer maintained, so a link you have shared never breaks.
Who's behind it
